With at least 3-5 years of experience as Marketing Manager knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, brand management, and marketing analytics. Experience working in IT or technology-related company. Amendable to work as soon as possible. Amendable to work onsite. Job Responsibilities Lead marketing campaigns from concept development through execution, while managing budgets, monitoring ROI, and guiding cross-functional teams. Develop and launch multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital platforms, print, email, social media, and offline events. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key marketing metrics, and optimize conversion pathways using relevant analytics tools. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and market demands. Manage, coach, train, and mentor junior marketers, copywriters, designers, and external vendors or agency partners. Identify market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities to support business expansion and strengthen brand positioning.
