We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of agents, driving performance, and ensuring operational excellence. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to meet business objectives while maintaining high-quality service standards. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Undergraduate or College Graduate
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Team Lead in any line of business (preferably in the retail domain)
- Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules (if applicable)
