We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Iloilo City. The ideal candidate will assist customers, ensure a positive shopping experience, and meet or exceed sales targets. You will play a key role in promoting our products and representing our brand.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions, handle payments, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including stock replenishment and visual displays.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and discounts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is an advantage.
- Proven experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic math and computer skills for processing transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
