- Greet and assist customers in finding products.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and promotions.
- Process transactions, handle cash, and operate POS systems.
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays.
- Track inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store success.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- High school diploma or college level (depending on employer).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
