Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team at the Iloilo site. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior BPO experience, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally while delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through designated communication channels.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach during interactions.
Follow company policies, procedures, and service quality standards.
Ensure customer information and interaction records are updated accurately.
Meet assigned performance targets and service-level expectations.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality service delivery.
Requirements
Open to High School Graduates, Senior High School Graduates, College Undergraduates, and College Graduates.
Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work onsite in Iloilo City.
Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
