Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcomed.
• Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen or service team.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, or special dietary needs courteously.

Food Handling and Service:

• Prepare, assemble, and serve food items as per menu or customer requests.
• Maintain the freshness, quality, and presentation of food.
• Replenish food and beverage stations as needed.

Cleanliness and Hygiene:

• Ensure serving and dining areas are clean and organized at all times.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and equipment properly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.

Stock Management:

• Monitor and restock food, beverages, and supplies in the serving area.
• Report inventory shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor.

Team Collaboration:

• Assist kitchen staff, waitstaff, or other team members when necessary.
• Participate in setup and cleanup activities before and after service hours.
