We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Food Attendant to join our team in Iloilo City. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests by ensuring a pleasant dining experience, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with food and beverage needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with seating arrangements.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer customer inquiries about menu items and make recommendations when needed.
- Ensure tables are set up properly before and after customers dine.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner and escalate them when necessary.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in restocking supplies, utensils, and condiments as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or training in hospitality is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a food attendant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a team player, punctual, and dependable.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
