COMPANY PROFILE: One of Asia's grandest and luxurious Hotel, Resort and Casino. This company has more than 5000 employees which includes multilingual to serve high end guests and foreign clients. Japanese Hotel CoordinatorCompany Industry: 5 STARS HOTEL
Salary: Php 150,000 monthly salary (Net of tax)
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work arrangement: Onsite
Work Type: 2-years Fixed Term EmploymentResponsibilities:
Responsible for assisting and coordinating with Japanese guests' inquiries regarding accommodation, membership, etc.
Will be working closely with the Japan Region Operations.
Answer inquiries received in calls or emails.
Coordination of Japanese guest time of arrival, accommodation package, send-off and others.

Requirements:Japanese National who can speak conversational English language.Preferably with customer service or hospitality experience
Experience working in a hotel before is an advantage but not required.
Who can work in a shifting schedule.
Amenable to attend online interviews.
