We are looking for EXPERIENCED COMMIS JAPANESE who specializes in preparing authentic Japanese dishes while ensuring quality, presentation, and food safety standards. This position comes with SERVICE CHARGE, FREE MEALS, and Tips.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese specialties
- Ensure proper handling of seafood and ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the station
- Monitor product quality and freshness
- Coordinate with kitchen team for efficient service.
