Sales Coordinator (Construction)

Construction Industry | Full-Time | Permanent | 100% Remote Every winning bid has someone behind it keeping the details straight — the pricing, the deadlines, the follow-ups nobody else has time for. If that's you, we want to talk. We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Manager with bids, estimates, proposals, client follow-ups, and sales administration. What you'll handle:
- Preparing estimates, bids, quotes & proposals
- Reviewing project scopes, plans & specifications
- Collecting vendor/subcontractor pricing and comparing quotes
- Tracking opportunities, deadlines & the sales pipeline
- Following up on submitted bids and client opportunities
- Keeping documents, pricing & CRM records accurate
- Coordinating with clients, vendors, subcontractors & internal teams
- 1+ year of Sales Coordination, Estimating, Construction Admin, or similar experience
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Familiarity with construction bidding, estimating & proposals
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Are available to work U.S. time zones, including CST and EST
- Construction industry experience is highly preferred
- Experience with takeoffs, blueprints, estimating software, or construction management systems is a plus
- 100% Remote
- Full-Time & Permanent
- $5–$7/hour, depending on experience
