- Work schedule: Shifting either day or night shift
- Home Health Coding Experience: Must be Minimum of 1 year
- Total requirement: 10 (5-Day shift, 5- Night shift)
- Budget: 60K
- Lead and mentor a team of quality analysts, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of HHC to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Accounts Receivables team
- Generate regular reports on quality and performance metrics.
- Develop and deliver training programs for the Accounts Receivables team based on identified quality issues.
- Work closely with the home health leadership team to establish quality goals and strategies.
- Strong communication and comprehension skills.
- Proficiency in analysing quality metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of HHC specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and quality management tools.
- Hands on experience in OASIS
