Recruitment and Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers)
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower needs
- Prepare and process job offers, contracts, and onboarding documents
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Assist in implementing company policies and code of conduct
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
- Prepare HR reports, notices, and internal memoranda
- Monitor probationary and employment status evaluations
Compliance and Labor Relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and DOLE requirements
- Assist in handling audits, inspections, and labor-related documentation
- Support implementation of company rules and disciplinary procedures
Training and Development
- Coordinate employee orientations and training programs
- Track training attendance and employee development plans
Payroll and Benefits Support
- Assist in payroll processing, timekeeping, and benefits administration
- Coordinate government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
