HR Specialist/Assistant

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements and screening candidates.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with personnel information.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably Male
- Experience Level: 1–3 years experience as HR Generalist with strong background in Recruitment
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks.
