Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Lead to oversee digital marketing operations, manage client social media accounts, and coordinate our creative and marketing teams, including Social Media, Multimedia, Public Relations (PR), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The successful candidate will ensure the effective execution of digital marketing strategies, maintain consistent brand positioning across platforms, and help drive audience engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management and performance of client Facebook pages and other social media platforms.

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.

• Lead and coordinate the Social Media, Multimedia, PR, and SEO teams to ensure the timely execution of marketing campaigns.

• Plan and monitor content calendars, digital campaigns, promotional activities, and online brand communications.

• Collaborate with team members to develop engaging content, videos, graphics, and other digital marketing materials.

• Monitor social media engagement, website performance, campaign results, and other relevant marketing metrics.

• Review team deliverables to ensure content quality, brand consistency, and alignment with client requirements.

• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding marketing strategies, campaign updates, and deliverables.

• Analyze digital marketing performance and recommend improvements based on data and industry trends.

• Establish team priorities, monitor deadlines, and ensure efficient workflow across marketing functions.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.

• Previous experience leading a digital marketing team or coordinating multiple marketing functions is highly preferred.

• Experience managing social media accounts for clients or multiple brands.

• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, and social media analytics.

• Understanding of multimedia production, public relations, and digital content strategies.

• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client requirements, campaigns, and deadlines.

• Analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to evaluate marketing performance and recommend improvements.

• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of coordinating cross-functional teams.
