Procurement Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Procurement Supervisor to oversee the company's purchasing activities while supporting operational planning, reporting, and cross-department coordination. The ideal candidate has strong procurement experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to consolidate reports, monitor performance metrics, and assist management in planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Supervise daily procurement activities and purchasing processes.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- Review purchase requests, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
Reporting & Planning Support
- Consolidate procurement, inventory, and operational reports for management review.
- Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and annual procurement plans.
- Analyze purchasing trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Generate reports and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor procurement KPIs and ensure targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather data and align procurement plans with business requirements.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and cost control.
- Support management in implementing procurement strategies and operational initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least with 1–2 years in a supervisory role .
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and inventory control.
- Experience in report preparation, data consolidation, and operational planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
