- Oversee and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate activities of engineering staff to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies to optimize resource usage.
- Conduct regular team meetings to promote communication and address issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in engineering supervision
