Procurement Assistant

Description - Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials and supplies necessary for the organization.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to negotiate prices and terms.
- Support in the development and management of vendor relationships.
- Participate in canvassing for various procurement needs to ensure best value.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong purchasing skills, excellent time management abilities, effective inventory management techniques
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in vendor management and negotiation
- Skills and Competencies: Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
