KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to financial products and services Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, payments, and transaction-related requests Provide accurate information while following company policies and compliance requirements Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account updates Escalate complex financial or account-related concerns to the appropriate support teams when necessary Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and compliance standards Meet established productivity, performance, and customer satisfaction goals

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate Good English communication skills, both verbal and written Strong customer service, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills Basic computer proficiency and multitasking abilities Willing to work onsite in Davao City Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
