Caldwell Communications is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Insurance Account in Davao City. ROLE SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative – Insurance Account will assist customers with insurance policy inquiries, coverage details, claims support, billing concerns, and account updates. You will ensure customers receive accurate information and professional assistance while maintaining compliance with company and insurance guidelines. This role is ideal for candidates searching for insurance account jobs in Davao City, call center jobs in the Philippines, and entry-level CSR opportunities with no experience required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to insurance services
  • Assist with policy information, coverage, claims, and billing concerns
  • Provide accurate explanations of insurance products and benefits
  • Support customers with account updates and policy-related requests
  • Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and company standards
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Meet quality, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
  • No experience required
  • Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

WORK SETUP & TRAINING

  • Onsite work setup
  • Shifting schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Paid training provided from Day 1
