Job Overview We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team in Davao City. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support through phone, email, or chat while ensuring a positive customer experience. Typical CSR duties include handling inquiries, resolving concerns, maintaining records, and providing accurate information about products and services. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner. Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies. Deliver a positive and empathetic customer experience at all times. Qualifications At least High School Graduate. Excellent English communication skills. Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays. Basic computer navigation and typing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
