• High School or Senior High School graduate
• College undergraduate or college graduate preferred
• No prior work experience required
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email channels
• Assist customers with flight bookings and hotel reservations
• Process itinerary updates, cancellations, and travel-related requests
• Provide accurate information regarding travel schedules, policies, and pricing
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Record customer interactions accurately in company systems
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support teams
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer service standards
