The Finance Business Partner will work closely with a particular business unit creating a real and active partnership with both operations and management. Their role is to provide 'real time' support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in decision making.
What you'll be doing
- Act as a trusted advisor of your BU, shaping strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Own end-to-end performance analysis—identify growth drivers, margin opportunities, and risks, and convert insights into action
- Lead high-impact discussions with senior stakeholders, challenging decisions with data-backed insights
- Turn complex data into clear, commercially focused recommendations
- Leverage advanced analytics to unlock value from data
- Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability—stand behind your analysis
- Operate with intensity and flexibility, stepping up beyond scope when required
What we're looking for
- Strong finance talent with proven experience in FP&A, performance analysis, and business partnering
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (MBA or CPA/CFA is a strong advantage)
- Proven ability to link financials to business performance and influence decisions
- Strong analytical capability with a bias for action and impact
- Advanced Excel; ERP/BI tools preferred
- High ownership mindset—driven, resilient, and thrives in a high-performance, demanding environment
- Flexible and committed—able to deliver during peak periods
- On-site presence required—works closely with stakeholders to drive faster decisions and impact
