Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Director at a growing U.S.-based company. Qualifications

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support company goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Manage financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Supervise accounting, finance, and payroll functions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial efficiency improvements.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external financial partners.
- Oversee risk management, investments, and funding strategies.
- Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring best practices in financial management.
