Job Summary
Consult and partner with VPs, directors and managers to increase employee engagement and retention, align the talent supply with demand, enhance talent selection and development, improve performance management, assist in workforce planning and optimize organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy
- Drive talent supply, succession planning, and development programs
- Analyze and improve employee engagement and retention
- Support performance management and coach managers on employee issues
- Lead organizational design and workforce effectiveness initiatives
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience
- Strong experience in HR Business Partnering or similar strategic HR roles
