Content Moderator : Pure Non-Voice

We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible Content Moderators to join our non-voice support team. The role focuses on reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it follows community guidelines and platform standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review text, images, and videos posted on social media platforms
- Identify and remove content that violates policies (e.g., harmful, inappropriate, or misleading content)
- Ensure accurate and consistent application of moderation guidelines
- Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the appropriate teams
- Maintain confidentiality and data privacy at all times
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Qualifications:
- Open to candidates with 1 year experience on Customer Service in Any Industry
- Must have laptop or desktop for Virtual hiring
- At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level
- Good reading comprehension and attention to detail
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays
- Ability to handle sensitive content professionally
