Looking for a Non Voice Call Center Job in Taguig?
We are hiring for a Social Media Support Account at Concentrix – Taguig Site.
Salary Package: Up to ₱23,000

Social Media Account (Non-Voice)
Location:
Taguig City (BGC / nearby business district)
Accessible to applicants from Taguig, Makati, Pasig, Pateros, and nearby areas.
Account Type:
• Non-Voice Social Media Support
• Chat and platform-based customer assistance
• No pure voice calls required
Perfect for applicants who prefer typing and handling social media interactions instead of taking calls.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year BPO experience
OR
• At least 1 year customer-facing work experience
Customer-facing roles may include:
• SM Aura, Market! Market!, Uptown Mall, Venice Grand Canal Mall
• Retail sales associate
• Promodiser or cashier
• Restaurant crew or café staff
• Hotel front desk or concierge
• Social media page handling or online selling
If you deal with customers daily, your experience is relevant.
Senior High School Graduates
If you completed work immersion or internship and gained strong customer interaction experience, you are encouraged to apply — provided you meet the 1-year total work requirement.
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
If you have solid 1-year customer-facing experience, do not hesitate to apply.

Job Description:
As a Social Media Support Representative, you will manage customer inquiries through social media platforms and chat systems.
Responsibilities include:
• Responding to customer concerns via social media and messaging platforms
• Providing accurate product or service information
• Monitoring and moderating online interactions
• Documenting customer interactions in the system
• Meeting quality and response-time metrics
Training will be provided before deployment.
