Job Title: Call Center Representative /Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Voice & Non-Voice Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers primarily through Calls , chat, email, and ticketing systems —Thru phone calls involved. You will assist customers by providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall
experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls , chat, email, and messaging platforms .
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Process requests such as account updates, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
- Meet performance metrics including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Location: McKinley Taguig
Job Type: Full-time | Voice & Non-Voice
Salary: Up to 27,000 Salary Offer
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Process: Virtual Process | Guaranteed 1 Day Hiring
Qualification
- Preferred with at least 6 Months BPO Experience
- Newbie's & Career Shifter (No experience) are still welcome
- With Good Communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite
