- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR management or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and Talent Management.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills and People Management abilities.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Retention strategies and Human Resource Planning.
