Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance monitoring
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Help organize training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support performance management processes
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource development management, Psychology, or any related field
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
