Responsibilities - Receive booking from Shipper and check completeness of information from Cargo Description/Date of FO/Dimension/GW/Incoterm
- Check which Airline that best suits your cargo based on AR/AP and cargo description
- Arrange early booking and cancel advance booking if not needed to avoid penalty
- Provide flight details to shipper / Info sheet
- Monitor Factory out and anticipate the delivery of the cargo at the airport and ensure that the receiving process is organized at the airline terminal
- Airway bill cutting and Label Printing
- Organize the documents based on the information received regarding the cargo including the Label / CIPL / HAWB / Transfer Manifest / ED
- Ensure cargo departure
- Send the pre-alert to agent and shipper
- Accomplish system compliance (CELLO) and provide billing support.
- Monitor the ATD/ATA
- Prepare and distribute monitoring reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Update shipment monitoring for Billing with latest IATA billing
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve problems related to their shipments.
- Support documentation requirements for customs clearance.
