We Search @ Searchers & Staffers Corp.
- Handle documentation, coordinate shipments, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and manage communication with stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate all import and export documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Negotiate contracts with shipping and logistics providers.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain relationships with customs officials and stakeholders.
- Prepare and analyze reports on shipping activities.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve efficiency.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in import/export operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in customs declarations, strong written and verbal communication, keen attention to detail, and knowledge of export/import regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential travel for client meetings or trade shows.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and adaptability to fast-paced situations.
- Initial project contract for 6 months
