Onsite | Taguig | Full-time
Are you well-versed in import laws and compliance procedures? We're looking for an Import Compliance Officer who can ensure all inbound shipments meet legal and regulatory requirements. If you’re detail-oriented and experienced in navigating BOC, PEZA, or FDA processes, this could be your next career move.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure all import transactions comply with local and international regulations
- Prepare, review, and submit import documents (BOC, PEZA, FDA, etc.)
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal procedures accordingly
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies
- Maintain clear and organized compliance records for audits and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth inbound logistics

- 1–2+ years of experience in import compliance or regulatory logistics
- In-depth knowledge of BOC, PEZA, FDA, and other regulatory requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in handling import permits, HS codes, and tariffs
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig (not a remote role)
- Preferred: Background in logistics, supply chain, or international trade
