Project Coordinator

1. Project Support & Administration - Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and organizing tasks.
- Prepare project documentation (plans, reports, meeting minutes, status updates).
- Coordinate internal and external communication.
2. Scheduling & Logistics
- Manage calendars, meetings, milestones, and timelines.
- Track project deadlines and follow up with team members.
3. Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and task lists.
- Help track budgets, resource usage, and project deliverables.
- Identify delays or issues and escalate when needed.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for team members, vendors, and clients.
- Facilitate collaboration between departments and ensure everyone has the information they need.
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure documents are properly stored and updated.
- Support quality assurance and compliance processes.
Qualification:
- Graduate /Undergraduate of Civil Engineering
- With 5 years of experience as project coordinator.
