Procurement Team Leader

Job Duties：

• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships.
• Handle procurement activities from demand verification, RFQs, PO issuance/signing, to delivery monitoring.
• Use the ERP (Kingdee) system to create POs, receipts, transfers, and other related document operations.
• Handle international shipments, including sending, receiving, and obtaining regulatory permits, and coordinate with brokers for customs clearance.
• Monitor procurement spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance and product/service quality to ensure adherence to standards.
• Work closely with internal departments, such as finance, operations, and asset teams, to coordinate procurement activities.
• Be familiar with retail IT operations and maintenance, including equipment and accessories. Knowledge of supplier resources is preferred

Job Requirements：

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience .
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with the supply chain procurement process and proficiency in goal-oriented problem-solving.
• Strong sense of time management and urgency, with the ability and determination to ensure timely delivery.
• Attention to detail and ACT (Accurate, Complete and Timely) principle.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
• Responsible, patient, able to work under pressure, and possess team spirit.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Kingdee) and procurement software is preferred.
• Experience with local and international supplier management is preferred.
• Retail IT procurement experience and supplier network are advantageous.
