Account Officer - Microfinance

- Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Assess clients' creditworthiness and prepare loan applications for approval.
- Provide support and guidance to clients regarding financial products and services.
- Monitor loan performance and address any issues related to repayments.
- Conduct regular outreach to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in a microfinance or financial services role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional client visits
