Description - Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Monitor account transactions, balances, and financial activities.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure timely billing, collections, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and account-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, sales, operations) to resolve discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, or cross-selling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.
