Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Financial Management
- At least 3 to 5 years of general accounting experience
- With expertise on bank reconciliation
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts, journals, and other financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and schedules.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow and fund balances.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, government regulations, and internal accounting policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor and report on variances, expenditures, and revenue trends.
- Maintain organized financial filing systems and support management with ad hoc financial tasks.
