- Manage and optimize payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement strategies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of payroll, compensation and benefits, and human resource planning
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
- Working Conditions: Office environment with flexible working options
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Medical Field Industry is preferred.
