Position: Mandarin Recruitment Specialist Industry: Biggest Mobile Technology Company Location: BGC, Taguig City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM) Salary: Php 50,000-Php 80,000 Work Set-up: Work On-Site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Having at least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment compliance is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Mandarin Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Work closely with department managers to understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Source qualified Mandarin-speaking candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, language proficiency, and overall job fit before endorsing them to the hiring team.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, update applicant tracking systems, and prepare regular recruitment reports to monitor hiring progress.
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process.
