Customer Support Agent (Remote) - E-commerce

About the Role

We're looking for Philippines-based Customer Support Agents to become the voice of our brands across chat, email, phone, and Trustpilot.

This isn't a single-brand support role - you'll be handling customer communications across several brands at once, so we need people who are sharp, organized, and genuinely enjoy taking care of customers. Beyond answering tickets, you'll play a direct role in customer retention, dispute prevention, and keeping our public reputation strong.

Shifts are assigned on a rotating basis to ensure 24/7 coverage, but you'll always know your schedule in advance - shifts are predictable week to week, not last-minute.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer communications across chat, email, phone, and Trustpilot
• Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
• Process refunds, returns, and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests
• Pause or cancel customer subscriptions per policy
• Respond to public reviews (positive and negative) to protect and strengthen brand reputation
• Resolve shipment issues, including updating shipping addresses and troubleshooting delivery problems
• Report recurring issues or trends to the team (product, fulfillment, or process problems)
• Support chargeback and dispute management: gather evidence and complete dispute response forms
• Focus on customer retention - turn potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes
• Manage support across multiple brands simultaneously, adapting tone and product knowledge per brand

Requirements

• Based in the Philippines
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Prior customer support experience, ideally in e-commerce
• Experience in the supplement or health/wellness industry is a strong plus
• International exposure (comfortable communicating with customers from different countries/cultures)
• Ability to juggle multiple brands, tools, and ticket types without dropping quality
• Strong attention to detail, especially for refunds, RMAs, and dispute documentation
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset - comfortable handling problems, not just routing them
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home work setup
• Available to work assigned shifts as part of a 24/7 coverage schedule (40 hours/week)
