Job Overview
We're looking for customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Work From Home Chat Support Representatives . In this role, you'll assist customers through live chat by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience—without handling voice calls.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, and policies.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- At least a Senior High School Graduate (or High School Graduate under the old curriculum).
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and computer navigation skills.
- Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required for some accounts.
- Able to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
