? We’re Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Are you proactive, results-driven, and ready to connect with potential clients? We’re looking for an SDR to support our sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings with U.S.-based clients. This role is essential for driving pipeline growth and supporting our sales strategy.

What you’ll do:

✅Generate and research leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels

✅Prospect and reach out to potential clients to identify new business opportunities

✅Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they fit our ideal client profile

✅Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team

✅Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and client interactions in our CRM

✅Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach campaigns

✅Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions

✅Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights to help refine targeting

What we’re looking for:

✅Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage potential clients

✅Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and outreach

✅Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing pipelines and tracking activities

✅Ability to qualify leads and schedule meetings effectively

✅Comfort handling high-volume calls, emails, and follow-ups

✅Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to meeting targets

✅Experience supporting sales or business development teams is a plus

Bonus skills:

✅Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach automation platforms, or AI tools to optimize prospecting

✅Experience with cold emailing, call scripts, and social selling

✅Knowledge of sales funnels and pipeline management
