Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role. The Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls and messages, and nurturing prospects through the early stages of the sales pipeline. This role involves researching potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting Localbird’s value proposition to hosts and partners. The individual will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and schedule meetings or demos for account executives. Regular responsibilities also include meeting activity and conversion targets, providing feedback from prospects to improve messaging, and representing Localbird’s hospitality-focused brand in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales, with experience managing a high volume of outreach and structured follow-up.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Business Development, including prospecting, researching markets, and identifying new opportunities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Experience working with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously are important.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making and measuring performance against targets is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or tech-enabled services is a plus.
