Recruitment Specialist

The role of a Recruitment Specialist is to help with the following: sourcing process by proactively searching for qualified job candidates for current and forecasted positions; maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and provide excellent new hire experience. A successful recruiter be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, and employee referrals.

End-to-End Recruitment

• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work.”

Initiatives

• Think out-of-the-box to improve the CoreDev employer brand and recruiting processes
• Assist other internal teams with special projects or tasks on occasion
• Co-lead or assist in small recruitment initiatives

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Human Resource / Development Management / Business Administration or any other related courses
• Proven work experience in a full-cycle recruiter or similar role, preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience in technical, volume (BPO) and. healthcare recruitment
• With good client management skill to ensure nurturing doesn't only happen for the candidate pipeline but also for our Clients and Hiring Managers
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, etc.
• Desire to work in a culturally and intellectually diverse workforce and understanding of the need for diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment and hiring
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checking, etc.)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Ability to handle sensitive confidential information appropriately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Amenable working onsite and on shifting schedule (weekends, holidays)
