Recruitment Specialist

- Define recruitment needs and plan strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle to meet staffing goals.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure fit for specific roles.
- Develop a network through industry contacts, association memberships, and employees.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates for future job openings.
- Utilize HR metrics to monitor and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Promote company reputation as an employer of choice.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level with less than 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting through various channels, exceptional communication skills, adept in employee relations, process and people management, and proficiency in social recruitment strategies.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and execute recruiting plans, network through industry contacts, association memberships, and employees, coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives, and conduct interviews to recruit prospective employees and refer job applicants to specific job openings.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional travel for recruitment events and college visits. May require working outside of traditional office hours during peak recruitment cycles.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and within a team, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, a professional and strategic mindset, and a keen interest in talent development.
