QUALIFICATIONS:
- With related work experience
- 4 years college graduate of any related courses
- With mandatory requirements: SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN, NBI
- Willing to start ASAP
A Recruitment Staff member supports the end-to-end hiring process. They source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate schedules with hiring managers. They maintain talent databases, assist with onboarding, and build candidate pipelines to meet company hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Advertising: Post open job vacancies on relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet, and social media channels.
- Screening: Review incoming resumes and evaluate candidates based on educational requirements, experience, and core competencies.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordination: Manage interview schedules between applicants and various department hiring managers.
- Database Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate databases, and recruitment reports.
- Candidate Experience: Serve as the main point of contact for applicants, providing timely updates on their application status and guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in processing pre-employment requirements, drafting job offers, and facilitating new-hire orientation.
- Talent Pipelines: Proactively network and build a pool of qualified passive candidates for future staffing needs.
