We are looking for a motivated Online Seller to manage and grow our digital sales channels. The role involves listing products, managing online stores, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop).
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Process orders, track shipments, and manage inventory.
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Experience in online sales or e-commerce management.
- Familiarity with popular online selling platforms and tools.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet sales targets.
