- Greet customers and provide assistance with product inquiries and purchases.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally.
- Offer product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Process sales transactions and handle billing or warranty issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer products and technology.
- Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic office software.
