- Plan and deliver engaging online English lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
- Develop personalized lesson plans and teaching materials based on student needs and learning goals.
- Provide constructive feedback on students’ assignments, speaking, and writing skills.
- Facilitate interactive learning through discussions, activities, and multimedia tools.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods to improve learning outcomes.
- Foster a positive and supportive virtual classroom environment.
- Stay updated on teaching techniques, tools, and trends in online education.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, education, or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or other teaching certification (preferred).
- Previous teaching experience, especially online, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom).
- Reliable internet connection and suitable teaching setup (camera, headset, etc.).
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet diverse student needs.
