Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Representative to connect buyers with top-tier economic condominium and housing projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and sell premier economic housing and condominium projects.
- Generate leads through online platforms, events, networking, and site visits.
- Conduct property presentations, project orientations, and site trippings.
- Guide clients seamlessly through financing options, document requirements, and turnover.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of any 4-year degree (Business, Marketing, or related fields are preferred).
- At least one (1) year of real estate sales experience is a advantage (existing client network is a plus).
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Motivated, customer-focused, and willing to conduct fieldwork and site trippings.
Location: Mandaue City, Cebu
